All great strategies have a consultation draft. Matter were tasked with mapping the journey Plan Melbourne 2017–2050 from its predecessor, Plan Melbourne 2014, and demonstrating the principles that would be carried over. Each principle could also be unlocked from the map and explored in depth.

Briefed by Victoria’s Surveyor General to convey their achievements and culture of innovation, Matter developed a series of infographic-style factoids with an emphasis on technological advancement delivering community outcomes

Briefed to communicate Melbourne’s urban planning strategy to 2050, Matter designed the Plan Melbourne brand and policy suite for Victoria State Government from community and stakeholder consultation, to policy launch and implementation

Matter contributed the information design and layout of the implementation plan for Plan Melbourne, referencing its key strategic outcomes and conveying clear progress, status and responsibilities
