Plan Melbourne 2017–2050 was developed over multiple years, in parallel with Victoria State Government branding. Consecutive phases of the policy track its evolution from an incumbent look and feel to one that is uniquely its own, accurately reflecting its purpose and aspirations, while clearly representing Victoria State Government.
